We cannot find much information on these. They are a VERY well-constructed pouches designed to let the operator put a PRC-152A radio into them for hands free operation. It features a vented panel between the rows of PALS/ MOLLE and it features two hook/loop straps to secure the radio or other items you choose to place in it. It also has sewn elastic horizontal loops inside to secure antennas. This would also provide a slim plate carrier mounted backpack. With all of the PALS/ MOLLE webbing on the outside there is still plenty of room to mount additional gear.

Top opening secured with velcro and "pull the dot" style snaps. It also features generously sized cable routing locations in the bottom of the pouch.
