Multi-cam/OCP Army Assault Pack (Current Issue)

I’m so glad I found this site. Stellar customer service and great prices. I don’t know how I didn’t learn of these guys sooner. Regarding the pack, it looks brand new to me, and this is the most reasonable price I found by far. I have plenty of large packs, but I needed something that I could bring on small excursions from my camp and this pack is perfect for that. It holds a surprisingly large amount of gear for its size, and if you have extra split-buckles, k-clips, or other hardware, you can rig this up as a lid on some of the larger Kifaru packs (in my case, The Reckoning). You can also shove it in the load shelf empty, and then just pack it with what you need once you get to camp. For carrying heavy loads comfortably, there are better packs than the military issue medium and large ruck, but for smaller loads this one is hard to beat and is my favorite of the three.

Tip: the removable, plastic structural support sheet behind the shoulder straps can double as a nice size cutting board if you are using this pack for camping. I find this extremely useful, and not having to bring a cutting board also saves on weight and clutter.

As described, arrived quickly, excellent condition, good people. Can't go wrong with a 30liter class pack or if someone say...felt the need to up-armor their backpack, these things are soldier proof.
