The Army took a page from the Marines playbook after about 20 years, and they finally updated their waterproofing for the MOLLE II with these really high-quality waterproof liners. They feature a purge valve that will allow you to either compress the air from the bag to make your ruck smaller or ADD air to make your ruck buoyant.
