These pockets are part of a larger medical kit currently issued. They are brand new zippered pockets with the hook side of velcro sewn onto the back for attaching to a variety of surfaces like the underside of your car seats, the carpeted lining of your trunk, some head liners, or any hard surface you feel like putting a strip of self adhesive loop. These stay secure when attached but will remove with a simple sharp pull to have the pouch and it's contents in your hands for whatever emergency is presenting itself. 

Get several of these and make use of the clear window on the front to ID contents and keep your gear organized.
