Advertised as used condition, so obviously that's what you should expect, however my ranger rack is in unissued condition. Worst flaw was loose threads where stitching terminated/overlapped, but the rig itself was clean and complete. I ordered with OD straps/edge binding and my rig came with all tan straps but OD edge binding
