Sometimes I’m hesitant to buy grade 2 surplus, but with OTS, I wasn’t concerned at all due to positive customer reviews, the fact that I’m a several times past customer (100% satisfied) and the confidence that I had in OTS that if I was to have a problem, they’d make it right.
