This is a genuine United States Air Force Large Sustainment Pouch / Hygiene Bag in the ABU digital camouflage. This pouch is meant to attach to the Air Force H Gear vest but could be attached to other gear as well. It can function as a sustainment pouch to hold food or other essentials, but it makes a perfect personal hygiene / toiletry bag as well. This bag measures about 12" x 6" x 4".
