I was issued these and still use them during training. I love how the tourniquet is fully covered but still easily accessible in a tactical/medical situation. Surplus pouch
The center molle strap of the pouch was ripped off preventing the pouch from being attached to molle points. I had to glue an extra molle fabric to mine. It’s a good pouch but I wish it could have been listed as a damaged item for a discount.
