Condition: Grade 2

CONDITION: 

Grade 1: may show minor cosmetic flaws such as mild soiling or fabric abrasions. Fully serviceable and over-all very good condition.

Grade 2: mild to moderate soiling, small abrasions to wear areas such as the corners of frame pocket and hip belt. Fully serviceable. Previously issued and used. 

The MOLLE 4000 is the current issue ruck for paratroopers. It shares the 1606MC (2nd gen) frame with the USMC FILBE ruck but it is significantly smaller at 4,000 cubic inches. It packs a lot of features that are also common on the older ALICE ruck. It has a 3-mag bandoleer sewn into the outer top of the ruck so paratroopers can increase their combat load with ease. It also features three generously sized exterior pockets, an updated suspension system, and as the name would suggest, it is jump ready. 

 

This ruck reminds us of a very updated ALICE Large ruck. If you do not like the frame it comes with, the 1606AC shares the same footprint with the ALICE so it is backwards compatible as is the FILBE ruck. The suspension system seems to borrow a lot from the MOLLE II and the MOLLE II Medium ruck and design cues from each can be observed.

Pack was in great shape when received. A little scrub, and couple small stitches, (all expected with surplus) and good as new.

Condition was a rougher than expected. It’s definitely been used. Significant fading and dirt/dirt. The bag and frame needs to be cleaned. There are holes (one thumbsized) in the frame pocket corners and a small hole (big enough to stick a pencil through) in the sleeping bag compartment. There is a tear and several holes in the belt.

Good pack but I wish that I would have gotten one in better condition.

The real deal! Molle 4000 is legit!

I bought a grade 2 version of the Molle 4000 pack and it came quickly and much to my surprise it was in really nice condition. I did a wash of the pack and it came out looking new! Thank you for the great service!

Grade 2 great deal

Most surplus is getting overly expensive so I tend to look for grade 2 items I can repair, in this case it was only a little dirty with no rips, which is a great deal compared to a lot of other sellers (if they have it at all)

Grade 2 Molle 4K

My Grade 2 Molle 4K arrived in fantastic condition! It's certainly surplus and has been well used in the field, but has no tears, rips or issues besides a few zippers missing 550 cord loops (which was an easy fix!)

I'm extremely happy with it and hope to make purchases from One Thief again!
