The IFAK was exactly as described. Some items will be tossed or used for training while other items will be kept. The pack itself was in good shape with plenty of life left. Will be easy to toss into the truck.

Great package for the price, yes per the item description the contents are expired but you get a great pouch. Just replace the expired components for fresh ones and you’re good to go!

Ordered two and both arrived in used VGC, with all contents. Tourniquets were updated TQ-4, 2 in each pouch. Pouches were in VGC, only slightly dirty/dusty, no defects or markings. Both pouches had exactly the same contents, nicely packed in appropriate places in pouches. None of the contents had been opened or were damaged. Only downside was slow shipping. Ordered on the 2nd and arrived on 19th in Carson City, NV.

Great purchase the two IFAK's look brand new not even a scuff or smudge on them not even the usual storage smudge you would expect.
The medical products maybe expired, but the quality of the lot is amazing. I looks like it was forgotten behind a seat and found 20 years later. Everything looks brand new. The expired products can easily be replaced and reuse the kit.
The one was good for surplus gear but the second one i got was terrible it literally had used product in it !!! What i think was blood on several pieces and the duct tape had dog or goat fur on it i wasn't even going near this one toss it in garbage
