The USMC subload belt is a current issue, very popular padded battle belt. Many people modify these to work as a lightweight load bearing replacement hip belt for a wide variety of packs including 1st gen mystery ranch SATL and ALICE packs.
It features a field of PALS/MOLLE on its external surface, moderate padding, and a "Y" shaped 3 point shoulder harness.
Small: 28-36 inch waist Medium: 38-46 inch waist Large: 48-56 inch waist
When you load up a battle belt it gets heavy. The suspenders have become a must-have for me. These suspenders are wide enough to spread the load, but they are made with webbing that is thin enough to be comfortable under back pack straps. The belt itself is very well made, great padding, and high quality locking buckles. Three rows of molly is the right amount. This is a great option for a quick response/ready rig. One Thief has the best price and service.

Took me a few minutes with the sliders at the front, but the belt looks good and feels good. Will put mag pouches on it next plus a couple canteen holders. I should have gotten the filled molle first aid kit, but I'll figure something out
