USMC FSBE SOF Medical Pouch

Version 2: The only real change was the addition of a Velcro closure to temporarily close the pouch so you can move off the X without spilling your IFAK guts all over the ground. 

The Eagle Industries SOF Medical pouch is hands down, one of the best designed Individual First Aid Kit pouches that has ever been issued at the troop level. Gear this well designed usually serves in SOF and rarely makes its way to general issue. Fortunately, the Marines have been taking a hard look at individual infantry Marine readiness and equipment and these pouches are one of the results.
