These IFAK pouches are quite possibly the best designed and laid out pouches currently issued. They are far superior to the older generation and even to its Army IFAK II competitor. featuring a 75% zipper, this pouch opens fast and lays flat for effective casualty treatment.
They feature an outside pocket secured by hook/loop and plenty of internal elastic dividers for holding all your kit in a specific spot.
USMC Coyote IFAK (First Aid) Pouch. I have a couple of Army IFAK pouches but they are basic. Simple pouch, simple fold out. The USMC pouch is what they should all be. Its big, and it is loaded with pockets. It has an external Velcro closure pocket, and 7 interior pockets of various sizes to accommodate a large assortment of first aid supplies. I like it so much I'm gonna buy another one for another backpack I just bought. Onethiefsurplus and Luke are GREAT!
