They feature a padded sleeve to protect your night vision goggles as well as a mesh pocket and elastic loops on the inside for extra batteries and accessories. These were made for the PVS-14, however, since the padded sleeve is Velcro and expandable, MANY different thermal and dual tube devices should fit.  These are some AWESOME pouches, especially for the price. You will not find a better constructed pouch for the money. Tactical Tailor is an industry gold standard for quality tactical gear and These pouches are no exception. The front features elastic loops for IR Chem lights and similar items. The back of the pouch features the ubiquitous MOLLE/PALS webbing.

Nice pouch, smelly fabric

The design and function of the pouch are quite nice. The issue with these is that the water repellent coating on the nylon is deteriorating and smells horrible. A good wash helped but did not eliminate the stink.
