I understand your frustration, but we have no emails from you which makes this review the first contact that we have had on this matter. Your order was placed On Friday Febuary 7th and was shipped by us on Monday 2-10-25 at 1130AM (the next business day). Your order was shipped via USPS. We cannot control what happens to your package once it leaves our hands. Currently the USPS Indianapolis hub is making national news for their 2+ week backlog and that is where your package is at. USPS will not allow us to file a claim until the 30 day mark has passed and your package is still more than a week from that point.
In the future, please consider contacting us directly before leaving a negative review about something we cannot control.

Better condition then the price would dictate
This website is great. Quick to answer questions and always polite. That said, the tactical panel I received was of very good quality. Rugged, well built and included the vest clips.
Definitely recommend if your looking for a way to hold your mags and accessories securely and still be able to attach things to the outside of your pack.
