Fair price for upper Filbre pack straps. Metal buckles so be aware.

The straps are exactly as stated in the description. I would say even better. Very slight wear on the pads I had to look hard to find what little wear there is. Both female buckles were present. As stated no lower straps but with both metal slide buckles present it's a non-issue to add a different style of lowers.
