Multi Terrain Pattern or MTP is a very similar pattern to multi-cam. It is the standard camo pattern of the British military. These rucksack covers are listed as "small"; however, they will cover a Granite Gear CHIEF ruck which is more than 5,000 cubic inches and similarly sized rucks. 

They are very well constructed and have a thick shock cord sewn into the border to provide security yet ease of removal.
